One thing you can do is to set the Electronic Shutter to ‘Maximize Speed’.  This will adjust the shutter to allow for better motion images. Alternatively, if that is not enough to satisfy the issue, you can manually set the shutter speed to a faster rate to allow for better motion images. 

Keep in mind, as the shutter speed increases, the lighting in the image will decrease due to a shorter exposure time.  You should have enough of lighting judging by the images you sent.
