Q. How do I factory reset the Digi ConnectPort WAN VPN?

A. If you cannot access the Digi device from a Web browser, you can restore the
configuration to factory defaults using the reset button.

We also recommend removing the SIM card.

1. Power off the device by unplugging the power supply.
2. Press the rest button gently (shown in the illustration below) with a non-conducive,
   small diameter tool (such as wood or plastic) with a blunt end (NOT SHARP
   button could be damaged) to hold down the reset button.
3. Power on the device while holding the rest switch down (about 20 -40 seconds.)
4. The status LED should blink in a 1-5-1 pattern.
5. Release the reset button. The device should be at factory default settings.
