We are able to deliver fully functional Pan, Tilt and Zoom (PTZ) CCTV from vehicle mounted cameras via 3G mobile telephony. Applications include highways management, local authority public space CCTV and inshore marine surveillance.

Our system allows the operator to determine the optimum trade-off between image compression, spatial and temporal resolution for their application. For example highly compressed, low spatial resolution but at 20 frames per second might be optimal for understanding how traffic is flowing around an incident while an uncompressed, full resolution still image might be required for external audit of remote damaged equipment.
